30-Day Fit Guarantee

We want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If your hat does not fit the way you expected, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery under our 30-Day Fit Guarantee.

To qualify, the item must be returned in acceptable condition. Hats must not be damaged, stained, altered, washed, heavily worn, or returned with strong odors, including smoke, perfume, sweat, or other noticeable smells.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, you will receive return instructions by email.

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may be delayed or rejected.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. Siempre Humilde is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as sending the wrong item or a defective product.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Exchanges may be requested for a different size, style, or item of equal value.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or another available option.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

If the mistake was caused by Siempre Humilde, we may cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label.

Items Not Eligible for Return

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy requirements.

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items that are damaged, stained, washed, altered, or heavily worn
  • Items with strong odors, including smoke, perfume, sweat, or other noticeable smells
  • Items missing original packaging or accessories, when applicable
  • Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale at the time of purchase
  • Gift cards or digital products, if applicable

Order Cancellations

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.

If your order has already shipped, you may request a return once the item is delivered, following the return process above.
